Last Check Cashed; Voice Back
Washington PA Observer Reporter
6 November 2010
A little more than five years ago, Consol Energy vice president and
Washington County Chamber of Commerce secretary-treasurer Joseph
Cerenzia agreed to give the Prosperity Fire Company $150,000, in
payments of $30,000 a year for five years, if I personally would agree
to not write anything negative about Consol Energy in the
Observer-Reporter's letters to the editor. The good news is the
Prosperity Fire Company just received its last payment, and I just
received my First Amendment constitutional rights back. Nothing
negative there!
